Directions: We are located on US HWY 521 - approximately 5 miles South of I-485. From I-485 - Take exit #61 and travel south. Cross the State line and go approximately 1.5 miles. Go Through the stop light at the Junction of Hwy 521 and Hwy 160 and we will be 1/4 mile on the Right.

The MarketPlace at Young’s on Hwy. 521 just outside of Ballantyne has only been open a short time, but it has caught on quickly with shoppers looking for a multi-merchant store within a warm boutique setting.   The merchants at the MarketPlace at Young’s are as varied as their product – offering quality and selection normally found in a larger venue.  In addition to seasonal gift items, there are monogrammed totes, towels and napkins – custom orders are accepted; local pottery and artists, candles and jewelry. 

Sensible Space is on the right as you enter.  In addition to delightful paper napkins, guest towels and caddies, we offer our beautiful mirrors, accessories, artwork and transitional furniture for which we are so well known.
